Throughout his career, Mr. Bergman has advised thousands of clients on a wide range of tax and ERISA matters involving limited liability companies and retirement plans. Mr. Bergman received his B.A. (with distinction) from McGill University and his law degree (cum laude) from Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Bergman also received his Masters of Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law.
Mr. Bergman is recognized as a leading retirement tax-planning expert and has lectured attorneys on the legal and tax aspects of Self-Directed IRA LLC and Solo 401(k) Plans. Mr. Bergman has also been retained by several leading IRA custodians, including Entrust, to offer expertise on the Self-Directed IRA structure. Scott Krokoff is a tax attorney at the IRA Financial Group, LLC. Prior to joining the IRA Financial Group, Mr. Krokoff worked as a tax attorney at White & Case LLP and Merrill Lynch (now part of Bank of America), advising clients on a wide range of tax matters involving business entities, corporate structures and retirement plans. In addition to his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Krokoff has a Masters of Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law.
Brian C. Goldstein is a partner at the International Law Firm Winston & Strawn LLP. Mr. Goldstein focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Mr. Goldstein represents private equity and venture capital funds, investment banks, and LBO firms. He also has assisted publicly traded and privately held companies in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in all stages of such transactions, led teams of other attorneys, and drafted and negotiated documentation for these deals.

Richard Cohen is Tax Counsel/Senior Tax Manager at General Electric. Prior to joining General Electric, he has worked as a tax professional at VNU/A.C. Nielsen, White & Case, Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. He has over 15 years of tax experience working across many specialties including International, Corporate and M&A. In addition to his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, Mr. Cohen has a Masters of Taxation (LL.M.) from DePaul School of Law. He earned a B.S. in Accounting at Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Howard Endelman is a Partner and Founder of Baseline Partners. Mr. Endelman is also the Associate Head Coach of Men's Tennis at Columbia University in New York City. Prior to forming Baseline Partners, Mr. Endelman was involved in several successful entrepreneurial ventures including InsideOut Sports & Entertainment, where he worked to build a senior tennis tour in the U.S. with John McEnroe, Pete Sampras and Jim Courier. He also co-founded an alliance partner with publicly-traded Newtek Business Services, Inc., developing efficient electronic payment processing solutions for the entertainment industry. Mr. Endelman previously was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch in New York. Prior to his investment banking tenure, Mr. Endelman was a corporate attorney at Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells law firm. He has broad transactional experience including IPOs and add-on equity, debt and convertible financings, as well as M&A experience. Prior to his Wall Street career, Mr. Endelman was a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour, reaching a high world doubles ranking of #183 and participating in the U.S. Open and Wimbledon. Mr. Endelman is a graduate of Columbia University and Boston College Law School. He serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Junior Tennis League, the largest tennis and education-themed community organization in the United States, offering comprehensive school and community based programs throughout New York City’s five boroughs reaching more than 100,000 youth from ages 6-18.
